Delivery and Return Policy


Free Worldwide Delivery on all orders place on the FANNIE SCHIAVONI online shop. You will receive an order dispatch email with a tracking number. If you require assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at shop@fannieschiavoni.com. 

Once payment is cleared it will take an estimated 1-2 weeks before delivery as each FANNIE SCHIAVONI piece is crafted by hand. All items are posted by Royal Mail special delivery (signed for) free of charge. We may sometimes use other couriers for international shipments. This will depend on the customers country.

If the costumer have provided an incorrect address, refuse to sign for the ordered package or if it’s not picked up at the pick up point (in the case of missed delivery attempt) FANNIE SCHIAVONI will have to charge an additional £30 to resend the shipment to you. We will not be able to resend the item until we have received it back to our premises.

Please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and FANNIE SCHIAVONI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchase goods is passed to you.




Duty and taxes are normally not charged if the value of the imported goods are under US$800. Please contact your local customs office for further information on import duties and taxes.


If you order products for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.



All clothing and accessories produced by FANNIE SCHIAVONI, hereby referred to by name or as “we”, “us” and “our”, are carefully made by hand in London to ensure the best possible quality. Each piece is made to order and as a result of this we are unable to offer a refund.

If a product is deemed faulty or damaged during delivery you must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s). Please email shop@fannieschiavoni.com before returning any products. In the rare case of any item being faulty upon delivery a product exchange will be offered. If you do not inform us within 7 days (in writing) we shall no longer bear liability to you for the products.

Products must be returned to us in the original condition and in the original packaging. Please be aware that the shipment costs to send back goods to us cannot be refunded if not agreed prior from us in writing. We recommend you use a courier or registered post to send back goods and a postal service that covers you package for loss and damage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items you send back to us.
 Please forward us your package tracking number to prevent from packages getting lost. Items lost in transport will not be compensated.

Items will be inspected upon return and are the sole responsibility of the buyer until items arrive at our office. Please package your return to prevent any damage to the item and its original packaging.


Product orders and bespoke orders accepted by FANNIE SCHIAVONI are final. You may not cancel this agreement at any time, unless products supplied are faulty.

You are allowed to return product to get them resized. All return deliver and re-delivery costs must be covered by the customer. If you are unsure about sizing please email shop@fannieschiavoni.com before placing an order. We do offer a customized service and we encourage costumers to contact us with their requirements.
